Title: Workshop on Semantic Technologies and e-Government

On February 13th a workshop on Semantic Technologies and e-Government took place at the National Centre for Public Administration and Local Government in Athens, Greece.
During the workshop the applicability of Semantic Technologies in e-Government and how this could solve longstanding problem faced by public administration was discussed.
The work and the research results of SemanticGov were presented in the context of the event and attracted the interest of the audience. Moreover, the SemanticGov ontologies and tools were evaluated by the participants.
More than 50 public servants participated in the event, which was organized by the Greek Ministry of Interior.
