Title: ICDIM - eGov Special Track - Third International Conference on Digital Information Management

The Third International Conference on Digital Information Management will be held on November 13th 2008, at Customs House Hotel, London, UK.
Within the conference, a special track will be held dedicated to how social software, SOAs and semantic technologies transform the citizen-state interaction in the eGovernment and eParticipation domains.
Selected papers from this track will be considered for publication in IEEE Intelligent Systems, Special Issue on Transforming E-government and E-participation.
